Ed Peen - Strategic Investment

Ed has been in the property business since 1979. He was a founding member and largest shareholder of the Maxprop Group which he led as Group Managing Director until he retired in 1993 to go sailing. Upon his return to South Africa in 2003, he again entered the property development business and has been instrumental in structuring and managing the developments (either direct or indirect equity involvement) that are now managed by Amber Dawn. Ed now focuses on strategic planning and development structuring for Amber Dawn.

Deborah Kennedy - Administration & Accounting

Deborah has 25 years of bookkeeping experience, the past 17 being mostly in commercial property developments. Deborah ran DCK Financial Services from March 2000 until June 2008 when her business was incorporated into Amber Dawn to round off their one stop service aim.

Adrienne Tarr - Administration Manager

Adrienne has been involved with property administration since 1990.  She started working in the property industry as a junior administrative assistant and worked her way up to personal assistant to the Directors at MaxProp in the Commercial and Industrial Divisions.  Adrienne also owned and managed a catering and electronics company outside the country for 7 years, after which she returned and filled the position as administrative assistant to Ed Peen.  Since joining Amber Dawn Adrienne has worked her way up to her current position as Administration Manager and is responsible for the company's statutory administration, property management, sales and leasing management, tenant coordination, marketing management as well as liaising with the accountant, attorneys and auditors.  Having recently completed her RPL level 5 and passed the PDE5 exam, Adrienne is well equipped to manage the administration of the existing Amber Dawn property portfolio as well as their numerous other property accounts.
